AAESC was founded in 2008 by Dr. Lawrence (Larry) R. Hoffman. In 2003, Larry had an accident involving a fall from an 18" high stool. There was no permanent damage. But, after suffering weeks of aches and pains, Larry realized that he had a mission to help prevent others from making such mistakes. Being a seasoned educator, Larry came to the conclusion that he must recruit and train many new counselors nationwide. This would satisfy the need for this essential service and also ensure that the counselors would earn fees commensurate with their professional standing.
