Relocation Specialist - Our experienced moving coordinator will work closely with you throughout the entire process.  She will help to coordinate and oversee all aspects of the move.

• Real Estate – A professional realtor will provide you with a complimentary, no obligation, consultation and market comparative analysis to help determine the value of your house.

• Financial Planner – A financial planner will go over your options and inform you as to how best to preserve the proceeds from the sell of your house.  We offer property management services if renting your house is deemed the best option given your specific situation.

• Packing / Moving – The relocation specialist will assist you in determining what furnishings will fit nicely in your new residence by completing a floor plan and taking measurements.  She will help prepare sentimental items to be shipped to distant loved ones.  We will obtain a reputable moving company and the relocation specialist will be on-site when they pick up and deliver.  She will help you unpack and get settled in.

• Estate Sales – Our relocation specialist will inventory and prepare your remaining household furnishings for an estate sale, advertise and hold the estate sale, obtain appraisals of valuable items, and donate any remaining items.

• Handyman / Cleaning Service – We will retain the services of a reliable handyman and /or cleaning service to get the house ready for optimal showing to potential buyers or renters.

Details – The relocation specialist will assist with the details of changing your address, notifying utilities, and keeping track of all schedules, time lines, and various other details involved in the move.
