About Advanced Senior Solutions and the Services We Provide

Advanced Senior Solutions is a Professional Geriatric Care Management Agency that was established in August 2000 by Lory Smeltzer, a Certified Care Manager who has over 20 years of Case Management and Social Service experience in the Tampa Bay area.  We are an unbiased, full service elder care consulting agency committed to addressing the medical, emotional and functional needs of our clients and their families whether they are at home, in assisted living or in a nursing facility.

We begin our services by conducting a comprehensive Assessment of the client followed by a detailed Plan of Care which describes the areas of concern and the corresponding recommendations. Then we custom design an Action Plan that prioritizes the concerns and matches them to the appropriate services that best accommodates the clients and their family’s unique needs.

Advanced Senior Solutions offers comprehensive services designed to keep our clients safe, stimulated and well taken care of. Our goal is to extend an elder adult’s ability to maintain or increase their level of independent living in the place of their choice while attaining the highest level of functioning and comfort.
